Nuwa Dance

Where the soul moves like water through
the sacred temple of the body

A sacred space to move, feel, and remember

A journey into the wisdom of your body and
the truth of your being

Nuwa Dance is a sacred space—
a soft return to your body,
your flow, your truth.

Through movement, sound,
guided meditation, and mindfulness,
Nuwa Dance invites you to rediscover
the magic within,
embrace all parts of yourself,
and dance your way to healing,
connection, and wholeness.

Your body becomes your guide,
your sacred temple,
your truest expression.
A space to remember who you are—
beyond thought,
beyond form.

No dance experience is needed.
Just your willingness to feel, to listen,
and to move from within.

There is nothing to perform.
Nothing to get right.
Only the invitation to come as you are
and let what lives inside begin to move.

What Nuwa Means

Nuwa is a word woven from ancient roots.

Nu” speaks of new beginnings, the womb,
and the waters of creation.
Wa” evokes flow, harmony, breath,
and the quiet rhythm of spirit.

Together, they form a name that means:

The birth of something sacred, the flow of spirit
through form, and the dance between soul and body.

Nuwa also echoes the name of an ancient Chinese
goddess of creation and healing— a symbol of sacred
balance and the feminine force of life.

Nuwa Dance is a return to that essence: a space to soften, listen, and remember the magic within your body.

How Nuwa Dance was Born

Nuwa Dance was born through my
lifelong devotion to movement, my love for music,
and the deep inner healing journey I’ve walked
over the past many years.

I was trained as a technical dancer—
mostly choreography-based, structured,
shaped from the outside.
But I didn’t feel free.
Something in me longed for more.
For movement that came from within.
For dance that wasn’t about form,
but about feeling.

Through my own healing, I discovered
that the most liberating way to dance
was to let the body move as it needs—
without direction, without expectation.
To surrender control, and listen.

But also—
to stay fully present with what lives inside.
To feel the emotions, the sensations,
the energy in the moment—
and allow the body to move in response.
Not from the mind, but from within.
To let movement become expression—
raw, intuitive, and true.

I knew that if I would ever hold space
for dance again,
it would be as a doorway—
a magical instrument for healing,
inner connection, and remembrance.

Meditation had already become a
daily sanctuary for me—
a space where I could meet myself,
feel what was buried,
and allow even the most uncomfortable
parts to breathe.

I learned that the subconscious responds to
symbols, archetypes, and metaphors.
It doesn’t need logic—it understands magic.
And one day, it became clear:

Immersive soundscapes,
magical guided meditations,
intuitive movement and mindfulness

together—form a gentle yet powerful medicine.

Nuwa Dance is that medicine.
And it comes straight from my heart,
to support the healing journeys of others.

Inside the Magical Experience

Each Nuwa Dance session opens with a gentle arrival.
We land in the body,
in breath,
in the present moment.

Through guided meditation,
you begin to soften the thinking mind
and open the space where your deeper layers live—
where intuition speaks,
where emotion rises,
where the body begins to remember.

These are not ordinary meditations—
they are sacred, magical journeys inward,
crafted to open the gateways of your inner world.

Immersive soundscapes—
carefully selected rhythms, textures,
and tones—guide you deeper.
The music becomes your landscape.
My voice becomes a thread.
And your body moves.

You may find yourself still or flowing,
slow or wild, soft or strong.
There is no right way to move—
only your way.

You are held in a space where all of you is welcome.
Movement becomes medicine.
Expression becomes release.
And dance becomes a pathway back to yourself.

As you return to your body,
something quiet and powerful begins to shift.

You start to feel yourself more fully—
not just in your thoughts,
but in your breath, your bones, your being.

You learn to listen to your body’s language—
to its emotions, sensations, and subtle rhythms.
To move with what’s present, instead of around it.

You begin to reconnect with your intuition—
the deep inner knowing that’s always been there,
waiting for your attention.

You enter the magical space of your heart.
Love begins to rise—warm, alive, unmistakable—
flooding towards every part of you.
Not just a feeling, but a remembering:
this love has always been yours.

This sacred space is about remembering
who you’ve always been underneath it all.

Safety

I know how vulnerable it can feel to open,
to express,
to be seen.

That’s why safety is the foundation
of everything I offer.
It is not just a value—
it is the ground I stand on as
I guide and hold my spaces.

So that your body feels safe enough
to soften,
to release,
to express what lives within.

With love,
with presence,
with deep respect for your pace
and your process.

Movement as my Language

Expression of a Woman

In this interdisciplinary creation, light, sound, space, and movement unite to express themselves into one experimental language and one immersive experience.

The narrative of the project is Andra´s personal story; For many years, she has performed and acted as she was told by others; as a dancer, a student, a citizen, a friend...After 30 years of excessive rush of doing and accomplishing, her body, mind and emotions collapsed. Through the fragmentation of her being, she discovered more and more who she is and how she wants to create herself. Who am I as a woman? - Became a powerful healing question for her. Going back to the roots of her authentic creative expression and reclaiming her femininity, are the processes she reveals in this work of art.

The project is joined by wonderful creative collaborators from the fields of sound production, percussion, vocals, and lighting.

Nibekali - Tribute to Baubo

Performance of the exhibition on EXPO "NIBEKALI - TRIBUTE TO BAUBO" by Nicolescu Andra, Behrens Pascale, Kass Claudia, Lippert Patricia.
Four women have come together under this name to present their works of art on the theme of "Tribute to Baubo". "Baubo" the goddess of fertility and laughter, who tells ambiguous jokes with her vulva, her mouth, and makes the viewer laugh with her gesture...Baubo as an expression of female potency becomes a resistance against appropriation of any kind.

This performance explores the relationship we have with mother earth, the deep inner work we are willing to do to reconnect with our feminine ancestral wisdom.
